Before you paint with Frenchic: One of the beauties of Frenchic is that you don't need to use a primer before painting but you DO need to prep! By that I mean that your item needs to be clean and keyed, be it a PVC door, kitchen cupboards, Grandma's old bureau or your Ikea table. The rule of thumb is to wash with sugar soap to rid of dirt, grease, grime, nicotine etc, rinsing well and thoroughly drying then lightly sand using a fine grade sandpaper or sanding sponge to 'key' the paint (to enable it to adhere). 2019 A Review

Looking back at photos on my camera of 2019 makeovers and these ones in particular were a lot of fun. Using Frenchic Chalk & Mineral paint throughout my upcycling projects (I'm a stockist, of course!) has made it a pleasure. Adding Iron Orchid Design products into the mix now is really getting my creative juices flowing and I'm looking forward to bringing new workshops to the studio in 2020.
