About Us
Doodledash Vintage & Home is a small independent family business, owned by Deb & Martin Hunt, based in North Oxfordshire.
I, Deb, started the business in 2012 to indulge my passion for all things beautiful. It was a way of combining my love of vintage furniture, colour, texture, up-cycling and revamping that would sit well in traditional or contemporary settings alike.
I have always enjoyed the thrill of the hunt and love the excitement of sourcing new pieces through auctions, charity shops and flea markets...well anywhere I can really!
I completely lose myself when I am immersed in the creative process of revamping and transforming furniture and I’m more than happy to share my knowledge and enthusiasm with you - check out my Instagram, YouTube and Facebook pages for tips and tutorials 😀
Martin is the wood worker, fixer-upper and furniture lugger! He left the corporate world in 2018, to join the business, and has enjoyed discovering his more creative side.
Deb is also an official stockist for Iron Orchid Designs - furniture transfers, moulds, stamps and paint inlays which you can find on our website.
We have a retail space where you can find our items on display and for sale, in addition to this website.
