Customer feedback is a fantastic way to evaluate what you are doing with your business. Good or bad, it can help you look at what you are doing and make any relevant changes. Receiving messages from customers or students like this one though actually bought a tear to my eye! This lady works within HM Prison services so I can fully understand how being creative can be so therapeutic.
I love a collaboration with a shop neighbour! I was thinking what I could do with my empty paint tins and it came to me that it would make a great flower pot! So I popped the tin over to my florist neighbour, Flora Bella, and this is what she came up with! It looks fab and is sitting in the shop window now adding a touch of colour to my display ❤️
